I hope you will find that individual therapy can be enlightening and incredibly helpful. You will learn about yourself and your relationships. You can identify past and current struggles and overcome them by developing the insight that allow for change and the development of new coping skills.
No two therapies are the same and as we get to know each other, we will work to identify the structure, framework, and types of interventions that best work for you.
